Participation in the exhibition "Tires, rubber goods and rubbers - 2018" in Moscow
The 21st international specialized exhibition of rubber products, tires, technologies for their production, raw materials and equipment - "Tires, rubber goods and rubbers-2018" was held from 24 to 27 April 2018 in the Forum pavilion of the Expocentre Fairgrounds.
For more than 20 years, the project has been successfully developing and is the main event in Russia in the production of rubber products, rubbers and tires, as well as their recovery, processing and disposal.
Traditionally, the exhibition brings together leading Russian and foreign manufacturers of rubber products, rubbers and tire products. This year, 150 companies from Russia, Belgium, Germany, Italy, China (including Taiwan), the Netherlands, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Korea, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic are taking part in the exhibition.

During the exhibition the company "UltraMol" presented a new innovative development - the Mill complex for rubber MKR-300, which was created to obtain active rubbers by multidimensional shock-shear-vortex action on the material. The mill complex makes it possible to obtain active rubber (active matrix additive) from vulcanized rubber waste with a capacity of up to 40 kg per hour with an energy consumption of no more than 15 kW * hour. The complex is small-sized and mobile, which allows it to be effectively used at small and medium-sized businesses in order to improve the environmental situation, reduce costs or improve the quality indicators of rubbers.

The concept of a compact universal industrial equipment for recycling rubber waste and obtaining an active matrix additive attracted more than 70 companies to our stand, with which we are currently working to continue cooperation, and the presence of an innovative approach and the goal of creating a clean future improved the atmosphere of communication. The experience of UltraMol with the European market allowed us to outstrip consumer expectations in terms of powder quality, equipment form factor and service.
