Asphalt concrete modifier "UltraDor®"

Modifier of asphalt concrete and bitumen based on active rubber powder.
The resulting modifier based on active rubber powder is capable of replacing the analogs used.
The unique patented technology for obtaining the modifier can significantly reduce the cost of the final product.
As a result of the modification of the original bitumen by the introduction of the ULTRADOR® modifier, the following changes occur:
- a significant increase in shear stability before aging - by 4.5 times and after aging - by 8.8 times;
- increase in fatigue resistance by 22%;
- significant increase in the upper value of the bitumen grade from 58 to 76;
- decrease in the temperature of cracking by 11% from -34.4˚С to -38.3˚С;
- increase in the range of operation.
A decrease in the cracking temperature according to ABCD, maintaining a critically low temperature according to BBR with a decrease in the critical average temperature indicates a decrease in the lower limit of the temperature range for using bitumen modified with the ULTRADOR® additive.
- Bituminous binders with the ULTRADOR® modifier can be used at increased transport loads.
- Application of the ULTRADOR® modifier is possible for all coating layers in most regions of the Russian Federation.
- Compliance of the original bitumen with GOST 33133-2014 indicates the versatility of the applied modifier for various manufacturers and brands of bitumen.
