Participation in the International Exhibition POWTECH 2019

In the period from 9 to 11 April 2019, UltraMol took part in the International Exhibition POWTECH 2019 in Nuremberg, Germany. This is the second participation of our company in this exhibition (the first time - in 2017).

The company "UltraMol" Russia, Kursk is located at stand 281 in pavilion 5. During the exhibition, more than 30 meetings with potential partners were held. In the course of further work, a work program has been outlined for bringing domestic innovative equipment to international markets.

This year, our stand presented information about the grinding equipment produced by our company:

1. MKR-300 complex for grinding rubbers;
2. MH-460 complex for grinding minerals;
3. MCM-400 complex for grinding metals and alloys.

Particular attention was paid to the MKR-300 rubber mill complex, the original and fully functional version of which was located at the company's stand.

The MKR-300 rubber mill complex is designed to produce active rubbers by multidimensional shock-shear-vortex action on the initial material. The mill complex makes it possible to obtain active rubber (active matrix additive) from vulcanized rubber waste, which can be added to the original masterbatch without losing the physical and mechanical properties of the final product, i.e. allows you to create a completely waste-free production and reduce the cost of production. The complex is small-sized and mobile, which makes it possible to effectively use it at small and medium-sized businesses in order to improve the environmental situation, reduce costs or improve the quality indicators of products.

The concept of compact universal industrial equipment for the production of powder materials is attracting more and more attention of small and medium-sized enterprises both in Russia and in the world.

POWTECH is the world's leading trade fair for the production, analysis and processing of powder and bulk materials. In 2019, 825 exhibitors from 35 countries of the world were represented at it. The exhibition demonstrated new and proven technologies related to the production, processing, analysis and work with powder materials.

Our products were noted by the visitors of the exhibition as innovative and non-standard solutions to complex technological problems.
